Notice of Rule Change for Optometry Branch Office Renewals

As of March 13, 2014, Rule 64B13-16.002, F.A.C., was repealed and Optometrists are no longer required to renew their Branch office license. All clear/active Optometry Branch office licenses would become null/void effective March 2, 2015. The rule was repealed to reduce regulatory burdens, and to streamline the regulatory process.
