During the September 28, 2018 Board of Optometry meeting, the board approved for addition to Rule 64B13-18.002, Florida Administrative Code Formulary of Topical Ocular Pharmaceutical Agents, Cequa 0.09% (Cyclosporine ophthalmic solution 0.09%)
Important note, Cequa, cannot be prescribed by certified Optometrists in Florida until the rule has been approved. Once the rule has gone through the approval process, notice will be provided.
